The hearing on judicial review of the clemency process will be held today at 10am but in-chambers and not in open court. Lawyer M. Ravi hopes the judge, Justice Steven Chong, would decide otherwise as this is of public interest. See here for reports on the filing for judicial review and here for M. Ravi’s press statement.
